  12. Marty, I REALLY like this scheme. Very clean. Easy on the eyes. The color scheme is (dare I say) soothing and very welcoming. My vote is for this format. Stick with it.

  16. I’ll throw in and support this one as well. I like the globe, which has been a central theme of my thoughts, lately. I find it particularly striking that this globe does not picture North America as the center of the picture – which is telling of our mindset.
